Coffee with a Cop brings our local police officers and the Hayward community members they serve together-over-coffee to discuss issues and learn more about each other.
Coffee with A Cop is a nation-wide program that was launched in Hawthorne, California in 2011 when Officers from the Hawthorne Police Department were looking for ways to interact more successfully with the community they served each day. Learn more about the nation-wide program.
The Hayward Police Department hosts several Coffee with a Cop events throughout the year, including National Coffee with a Cop day on the first Wednesday in October.
