Apply for and renew a business license
The City of Hayward requires every person, firm, corporation, partnership or other business organization conducting business within the City to obtain a business license. The forms needed to apply for your business license will vary depending upon your location - either within Hayward city limits or outside of Hayward city limits. All business may apply by submitting the application forms to businesslicense@hayward-ca.gov or faxing them to (510) 583-3644.
Once the application has been approved, you will be contacted with the amount due and payment instructions.
