City of Hayward Departments & Divisions

Our municipal organization, led by Interim City Manager Dustin Claussen and Assistant City Manager Regina Youngblood and Acting Assistant City Manager Adam Kostrzak, consists of 13 separate departments, which includes public safety departments such as police and fire. Together, under the guidance of accomplished department directors and with the support and mandate of the City Council, we do the City's work.
