Before spraying or dipping is permitted, the Office of the Fire Marshal shall approve a designated area within the facility.

The purpose of the annual Fire Department permit is to:

  • assure that a fire inspection is made on a regular annual basis;
  • verify that the original requirements are maintained and the designated area has not changed
