Infrastructure & Airport Committee (CIAC) — Facilitates an in-depth review of the Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) plan, the unfunded needs and the eventual development of a policy framework for Council consideration during the budget development process. As on Jan. 29, 2019 the CIC will also review emerging technologies, consider technological infrastructure initiatives and provide guidance on issues involving information technology.

Bay Area Water Supply & Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) — Represent the needs of the cities, water districts and private utilities (wholesale customers) that depend on the regional water system. BAWSCA provides the ability for the customers of the regional system to work with San Francisco on an equal basis to ensure the water system gets fixed, and to collectively and efficiently meet local responsibilities.

East Bay Dischargers Joint Powers Authority (EBDA) — From East Bay homes and businesses, sewage flows to our Member Agencies’ wastewater treatment plants. Following treatment, EBDA pumps the clean water from the plants to a dechlorination facility, where chlorine is removed prior to discharge. The water then flows through a seven-mile outfall into the deepest part of San Francisco Bay.
