CASE SYNOPSIS

THEFT: On 09/01/2024 at 4:51 AM, officers responded to the report of a theft in progress near the 24000 block of Hesperian Blvd. Officers located the involved vehicle as it fled the scene, occupied by three subjects. Officers conducted a vehicle stop and all occupants fled on foot. Officers located two of the three and took them into custody. Several baskets of stolen merchandise were also recovered from the car. (Report #: 2024-049426)  

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE: On 09/03/2024 at 7:46 PM, officers located an occupied stolen vehicle near the 700 block of W. Tennyson Rd. Officers conducted a vehicle stop and took the driver into custody. (Report #: 2024-049955) 

BURGLARY: On 09/05/2024 at 11:59 PM, officers responded to the report of a burglary near the 27000 block of Tampa Ave. Officers located the suspect nearby, who attempted to flee the scene on foot. A perimeter was set, and the man was taken into custody. (Report #: 2024-050484) 

SHOOTING: On 09/07/2024 at 1:03 AM, officers responded to the report of a shooting near the 25000 block of Mission Blvd. Officers located one victim suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle prior to officer’s arrival. (Report #: 2024-050711)
