CASE SYNOPSIS

ROBBERY: On 12/25/2024 at 3:45 PM, a female subject entered a business near the 20000 block if Hesperian Blvd and walked out with unpaid merchandise. While leaving the store the subject was confronted by employees and the subject pulled out a weapon. Officers located the subject nearby where she was arrested. (Report #2024-073432)

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: On 12/26/2024 at 6:15 PM a male adult subject entered a business near the 300 block of Southland Mall Dr and attempted to walk out the store with unpaid merchandise. Employees intervened and got into a physical altercation with the subject. The subject attempted to flee on foot but was located by officers nearby and taken into custody. (Report #2024-73630)

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 12/28/2024 at 11:13 AM, the victim transported herself to Eden Hospital where she advised she was suffering from severe burns due to being set on fire the night prior. The victim was to the rear of the 20000 block of City Center Dr where she was involved in an argument with a female adult subject. The victim stated the subject poured fuel on her and lit her on fire. The subject has not been located and fled prior to officer arrival. The victim is currently being treated for her non-life-threatening injuries. (Report #2024-073967)
