To assist with the annual inspections, the Hayward Fire Department and the Fairview Fire Protection District have subscribed to a new brush inspection/vegetation abatement software, 3Di Prevent, to create a new vegetation abatement inspection portal. 

Automating our entire annual vegetation survey inspection process allows our personnel to manage and supervise the annual vegetation survey inspections using tracking, mapping, reporting and planning tools. The information flows automatically; capturing progress with real-time data for real-time decisions.

Residents who live in the high-hazard fire areas, properties east of Mission Boulevard from the south side of D Street to the city limits south to Union City can register below to view the status and history of their property.

How to create an account: 

1. Select REGISTER from the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address and create a password. Your password must be 8 to 16 characters and must contain at least one number.
3. Select SUBMIT.
4. An email will be sent to your email address with an activation link. Click on the link from your email to activate your account. 
5. Contact Fire Administration at (510) 583-4930 for your property PIN #. You will need to provide your property Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) in order to recieve your PIN #.
