Hayward Public Library and Hayward Promise Neighborhoods will be hosting the 2024 Promise Fest and Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday, October 26, from 11 AM -3 PM, at Heritage Plaza in Downtown Hayward. Bring the whole family for 4 hours of free fun, featuring:
