Promise Fest
Neighborhoods coming together in community!
Hayward Public Library and Hayward Promise Neighborhoods will be hosting the 2023 Promise Fest and Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday, October 28, from 11 AM -3 PM, at Heritage Plaza in Downtown Hayward. Bring the whole family for 4 hours of free fun, featuring:
- Free food
- Cultural arts performances
- Live music
- Art walk
- Fun and games
- Car show
- Face painting booth
- Costumes encouraged!
