Invite Hayward Public Library to your event!

Looking to see if Hayward Public Library can be part of your upcoming event, or would you like to present at the library? We have lots of ways to get involved! 

  1. Curbie: Your Curbside Library - Curbie visits community partner agencies, schools, after-school programs, daycares, parks, senior centers, mobile home communities. Visit our Curbie page for more details and to request a visit. 
  2. Class Visits - Bring your classroom to the library, or invite an HPL Librarian to your school by requesting a class visit today. 
  3. Community Event Tabling - Invite us to table at your community event! 
  4. Program Proposal form - Do you have talents, skills, or knowledge that you'd like to share? Submit a proposal to host a program at HPL. 
  5. Table at HPL - Organizations can submit an application to set up an informational table at the Downtown Library or Weekes Branch. 
Please note: All requests must be made a minimum of 60 days before the date of the event, and must be for organizations within the City of Hayward or unincorporated areas served by the City. We will do our best to accomodate as many groups or events that we can; however, not all requests will be able to be fulfilled and submission of a proposal does not guarantee acceptance.
