The Hayward Executive Airport owns and leases 206 enclosed aircraft hangars, 116 tie-down spaces, 28 storage rooms, and 3 offices.
Rates & Fees

Annual Business Permits, Taxiway Access Permits, and Requirements
All businesses operating on the airport, including tenants and subtenants, are required to annually submit an Airport Business Permit or Taxiway Access Permit (when applicable).

We regularly issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for airport development and land lease opportunities.
