Free Wood Chipping from Oct 30 - Nov 22

The City will be providing free wood chipping to Hayward and Fairview residents east of Mission Blvd from October 30 - November 22, 2017. The program is on a first-come-first-serve basis, so reserve your spot soon.

All residential properties east of Mission Blvd are eligible, which is considered a high-hazard fire area. Residents must apply and receive a confirmation to participate. Residents are responsible for cutting and stacking their material and a contractor through the City will come to the front of each property to do the chipping.
