Free water conservation devices

Pickup the following free devices at the Environmental Services Office on the 4th Floor of City Hall at 777 B Street, Hayward CA between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. There is a limit of 10 of each device for multi-family accounts.
