An online water customer portal is coming soon!
Hayward water customers will soon be able to view their hourly water use online, receive automated alerts when their property shows signs of a leak, and more. Before investing in a long-term water customer portal solution, Hayward will first pilot test two portal concepts with a group of Hayward water customers. These participants' feedback will help shape the portal that made available to all customers.
