Lisa Bolger was appointed to Acting Director of Information Technology in April of 2024. She previously held the role of Deputy Director in the same department.
Lisa brings over 20 years of public sector leadership connecting government services and its constituents with the use of innovative technology. Her strategic vision has been pivotal in the implementation of technology solutions that not only streamline processes but also foster transparency and civic engagement. Prior to joining the City of Hayward, Lisa helped lead technology teams and initiatives for Santa Clara Valley Water, the City of Palo Alto, and the City of Milpitas.
