National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week
This week is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, and we want to give a heartfelt, “thank you” to the best Communications Operators around.
Our 9-1-1 Communications Team are simply amazing at what they do. They are the first voices you hear when you call for help. They make split second decisions with expediency and accuracy, sending the appropriate resources to those in need. As trusted and knowledgeable partners for our officers, our dispatchers and call takers are an immediate “go-to” to have their questions answered and receive assistance.
Trained in de-escalation, empathy, problem-solving, efficiency, and so much more, their ability to multi-task and keep the community and our officers safe is second to none.
While words cannot adequately convey how much we value our Communications Operators, we want to express our gratitude today, and every day, for these amazing men and women.
