The City of Hayward is inviting members of the public to help the City improve its online Access Hayward system of receiving, managing and responding to public service requests.

The goal is to make Access Hayward easier to use for community members, provide for more efficient response to service requests, and enhance information gathering to allow the City to better identify and prioritize problem areas and issues of concern.

To participate in tests of revamped approaches to the service request aspect of Access Hayward, click on one of the following links in either English or Spanish.

Participants will be asked introductory questions and then invited to work through a set of common service requests and connect them to reporting categories and sub-categories.  The entire test is designed to be completed within 10 minutes.
