Hayward Mayor Mark Salinas will deliver the annual State of the City address at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, at the Hayward Unified School District Performing Arts Center at 2390 Panama Street in Hayward.

During the State of the City address, Mayor Salinas also will provide an update how the City is working to close an approximately $30 million structural deficit in the City’s General Fund budget while maintaining core municipal services.
