This man has been identified as 38-year-old Hayward resident, Andres Sanchez.
On Apr. 30, 2024, at approximately 2:55 p.m., officers canvassed the train tracks near Tennyson Road and Leidig Court after receiving information that Sanchez was seen riding an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) in the area.
