Accessory Dwelling Unit

Accessory Dwelling Units:

To create more housing that is affordable by design and accommodates extended families, Hayward is encouraging Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) construction in single-family neighborhoods by establishing lists of pre-approved plans for detached ADUs and other resources.
