Community members who wish to use translation services must contact the City Clerk's Office at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting so staff can ensure translation services are available.

Participants may access Wordly using their own smartphone, tablet, or other internet-connected device. No account or app download is required.
A limited number of loaner devices are available through the City Clerk's Office upon request. Please contact the City Clerk’s Office in advance if you need to borrow a device.

Either scan the QR-Code below and email cityclerk@hayward-ca.gov or visit the Wordly website at https://attend.wordly.ai/join.
- Select Your Language
Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu and click Attend.
- Follow the Meeting
Real-time translated text will appear on your screen during the meeting. To listen to the translated audio, select the speaker icon and ensure your device's volume is turned on.
