CASE SYNOPSIS

Recovered Stolen Vehicle: On 04/18/2023, at 4:28 PM, officers located an occupied stolen vehicle parked near the 900 block of Devon Dr. The driver was contacted and taken into custody. (Report #2023-21961)

DUI Collision: On 04/18/2023, at 7:32 PM, officers responded to the report of a possible DUI driver that collided into multiple vehicles near the intersection of Whitman Ave and Culp Ave. Officers contacted the driver and placed him under arrest on suspicion of driving while under the influence. (Report #2023-21792)

Recovered Firearm: On 04/20/2023, at 8:29 PM, officers conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of Alice St and A St for an equipment violation. A record check revealed the driver to have a suspended license. The vehicle was impounded, and, during an inventory search of the car, a loaded handgun was located. The driver was placed under arrest. (Report #2023-22207)

DUI Collision/Firearm Recovery: On 04/22/2023, at 10:16 PM, officers responded to the report of a collision near the intersection of Mission Blvd and Highland Blvd. Officers contacted the driver and arrested him on suspicion of driving while under the influence. During an inventory search of the car a handgun was located. (Report #2023-22615)
