CASE SYNOPSIS

Robbery: On 07/18/2022, at 1:12 PM, the suspects entered the victim business near the 200 block of Southland Drive. The suspects took property from the display and used force to take the items when confronted by store employees. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle. (Report #2022-040263)

Robbery: On 07/19/2022, at 3:31 PM, the victims were entering their parked vehicles near the 1000 block of B St when they were approached by two suspects. The suspects brandished firearms and took property from the victims before fleeing the scene. (Report #2022-040551)

Firearm/Narcotics Recovery: On 07/20/2022, at 4:30 PM, officers conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation near the intersection of Jackson St and Sycamore Ave. During the stop, suspected drugs were seen inside the car plain view. The driver was detained, and a search of the vehicle revealed a loaded firearm. The driver was arrested for various gun and drug charges. (Report #2022-040784)

Carjacking: On 07/22/2022, at 5:26 AM, the victim was sitting in her vehicle near the 1000 block of W. Tennyson Rd when she was approached by the suspect. The suspect brandished a firearm and demanded the victim exit her vehicle. The suspect fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.  (Report #2022-41063)
