Pimentel Place, a new affordable housing complex at 22648 Second Street in Hayward, will begin accepting applications from low-income families on Monday, July 1. The deadline to apply is July 15.

Two units are designated for East Bay Innovations through referral. Thirty-nine units are assigned as general affordable housing, with income requirements ranging from 30 percent to 80 percent of the Area Median Income for Alameda County.
