CASE SYNOPSIS

SHOOTING: On 03/03/2024 at 2:12 AM, a resident reported hearing gunshots in front of his home near the 24000 block of Magna Ave. Officers responded and located evidence of a shooting. No victims or suspects were located following the incident. (Report #: 2024-012308) 

ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: On 03/04/2024 at 8:36 AM, the victim was approached by the suspect near the 300 block of B St. The victim was struck several times by the suspect with what felt like a blunt object in the suspect’s hand/fist. The suspect fled the scene on foot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the assault. (Report #: 2024-012437) 

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE/RECOVERED NARCOTICS: On 03/06/2024 at 4:40 PM, officers observed a man standing next to a motorcycle near the dead end of Dunn Rd. A record check of the motorcycle revealed it to be stolen. As officers approached the man, he ran away but was taken into custody a short distance later. Suspected narcotics were recovered from the motorcycle during a search of the vehicle. (Report #: 2024-012953) 

ROBBERY: On 03/09/2024 at 7:58 PM, the victim was approached by the suspect outside near the 25000 block of Carlos Bee Blvd. The suspect demanded property from the victim who complied out of fear that the subject had a gun. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle. (Report #: 2024-013525) 

ROBBERY: On 03/09/2024 at 11:54 PM, the victim was approached by a group of subjects in a parking lot near the 24000 block of Santa Clara St. The subjects used force, took property from the victim and fled the scene, some in a vehicle and some on foot. (Report #: 2024-013579)
