CASE SYNOPSIS

SHOOTING: On 10/23/2023 at 8:49 PM, officers responded to the report of a shooting near the 29000 block of Hub Ln. One victim was located who sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the shooting and was transported to a local medical facility for treatment. The suspect(s) fled the scene prior to officers' arrival. (Report #: 2023-060625) 

 

ROBBERY: On 10/26/2023 at 6:20 AM, a delivery truck driver was approached by three subjects near the 26000 block of Hesperian Blvd. The subjects used force and took property from the truck and fled the scene in a vehicle. (Report #: 2023-061086) 

 

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE: On 10/30/2023 at 4:18 AM, officers located an occupied stolen vehicle near the intersection of Laurel Ave and Flagg St. A vehicle stop was conducted, and the driver was taken into custody. (Report #: 2023-061958) 

 

RECOVERED FIREARM: On 10/31/2023 at 9:30 PM, officers responded to the 3000 block of Bridge Rd regarding a large party and reports of a man armed with a gun. Officers located a man that matched the description of the armed subject, and he was detained. A search of the man revealed a loaded unregistered, “ghost gun.” The man was placed under arrest. (Report #: 2023-062324) 

 

RECOVERED CARJACKING VEHICLE: On 11/03/2023 at 7:10 PM, officers located an occupied carjacking vehicle near the intersection of Tennyson Rd and Whitman St. Officers attempted to pull the car over, but it fled the area. An outside agency plane assisted and maintained visual of the vehicle until the driver abandoned the car and fled on foot. The driver was then taken into custody. (Report #: 2023-062756)
