CASE SYNOPSIS

Firearm Recovery: On 09/11/2022, at 12:49 PM, officers responded to the report of a man with a gun near the 28000 block of Huntwood Ave. Officers located the suspect who had a ghost gun in his waistband and took him into custody without incident. (Report #2022-052116)

Recovered Stolen Vehicle: On 09/13/2022, at 1:09 AM, officers located an occupied stolen vehicle parked near the 25000 block of Industrial Blvd. Officers contacted the driver and took him into custody.  (Report #2022-052717)

Recovered Firearm: On 09/13/2022, at 3:30, officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Whipple Rd and Industrial Pkwy SW. A record check revealed the driver to be on parole with a search clause. A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded firearm. The driver was taken into custody. (Report #2022-052466)

Robbery: On 09/15/2022, at 10:00 PM, the victim was walking near the 27000 block of Leidig Ct when he was approached by three suspects. The suspects brandished a firearm and used force to take property from the victim before they fled the scene in a vehicle.  (Report #2022-053187)
