Tracy Irvin

Tracy serves as the Real Property Manager for the City of Hayward, bringing more than two decades of experience leading complex commercial real estate initiatives in both public and private-sector environments. In this role, he provides strategic oversight of real estate planning, acquisitions and dispositions, negotiations, and asset management, with a focus on maximizing public value and advancing City priorities.

Real Estate Division

The Real Estate Division, operating under the City Manager's Office, manages and oversees the City of Hayward’s portfolio of real property assets to support efficient operations, fiscal responsibility, and community goals. 

Special Council Infrastructure & Airport Committee Meeting: Feb. 5, 2026

The Council Infrastructure & Airport Committee (CIC) has integrated the work plans of the Council Technology Application Committees (CTAC) and the Council Airport Committee (CAC), consolidating them into the Council Infrastructure & Airport Committee (CIAC). Going forward, discussions on technology applications and airport operations will be handled by the CIAC.

Annual Citywide Clean-up & Community Fair: Apr. 25, 2026

The Annual Citywide Clean-Up & Community Fair is a litter pick-up event hosted at Weekes Park. Volunteers come together to collect litter and abandoned debris in various neighborhoods throughout the city. After picking up litter, community members will meet back up at Weekes Park and be provided lunch. There will also be a Community Fair with sustainability themed booths hosted by community organizations with fun activities for all.

The Annual Citywide Clean-Up will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
