Significant Incidents

FIREARM RECOVERY: On 6/29/2025 at 3:55 AM officers responded to the 27000 block of Grand View Ave for the report of a disturbance. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with the occupants. During the contact officers located a firearm in plain view. The occupants were detained, and the firearm was recovered. The driver of the vehicle was placed under arrest and booked at HPD Jail. (Report #2025-036857)

ROBBERY: On 7/01/2025 at 6:17 PM the victim was near the 100 block of B St when he was approached by a male subject wearing a mask. The subject demanded the victim's bicycle and after the victim refused the subject pulled a weapon from his waistband and assaulted the victim. The victim surrendered the bicycle out of fear and the subject fled on the victims bicycle. Officers responded to the area and conducted a search for the suspect but were unable to locate the subject.  (Report #2025-037417)
