Pursuant to VC 22650(a) and VC 22852(a), when a vehicle is stored or impounded by any member of the Hayward Police Department, a hearing may be conducted upon the request of the registered or legal owner of the vehicle or his/her agent.

Starting or Stopping Water Service

To start service contact us at least 1 business day in advance. To stop service contact at least 2 business days in advance:
