This study will evaluate current parking conditions and develop short-term and long-term comprehensive plans to create a more efficient parking management system in Downtown Hayward. The study will consider options for parking permits, improving parking enforcement and adding new technologies to assist downtown visitors and employees with parking needs and parking payment. The study is funded through a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) grant.
