As part of our commitment to transparency and compliance with the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) regulations, this page provides access to key public disclosure reports, including:
Form 801 – Payment to Agency Reports

Form 801 - Payment to Agency Reports documents certain payments received by the City, such as travel expenses and gifts accepted on behalf of the agency. These reports must be posted quarterly if payments exceed $2,500 in a calendar quarter. 


Form 806 – Agency Report of Public Official Appointments

Form 806 - Agency Report of Public Official Appointment are required by the state to be completed and posted publically to discloses additional compensation received by officials appointed to boards, committees, or commissions of a public agency, special district, or joint powers authority. While the Mayor appoints Councilmembers to various agencies (except the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District), we include all appointments for public awareness.


Statement of Economic Interests (SEI)

Statement of Economic Interests (SEI) is required for most state and local officials and employees required to publicly disclose personal assets and income under the Political Reform Act (Gov. Code §§ 81000-91014). They must also recuse themselves from decisions that could affect their financial interests.

Filer Access Portal

The Filer Access Portal is an online system that allows individuals to submit Statement of Economic Interests (SEI) disclosure reports electronically, free of charge. Use the portal to create and file SEI statements or generate paper copies for submission.
